At CL Jewellery, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 7-day return policy to ensure you’re completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not entirely satisfied, you can return your item(s) for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in unworn, pristine condition. CL Jewellery is not required to provide a refund if you change your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully. Bespoke orders are not eligible for return.
Returning Your Order
To return your order, follow these steps:- Get in Touch: Email us at online@cljewellery.co.nz with your name, order number, courier used for the return, tracking number, and reason for the return.
- Prepare Your Package: Use the original packaging or similar-sized packaging to return the item. Ensure it’s labeled with our returns address.
- Include All Documentation: Attach all original certification and paperwork with your return. Missing documents may impact your refund or exchange.
- Insure and Send: Ensure the item is insured for its full value and sent via a reputable courier. Avoid marking the package with 'diamonds,' 'gemstone', 'CL Jewellery,' or 'jewellery' on the exterior.

Refunds and Exchanges
Once your return is received, our Quality Assessment Team will inspect the item. Items that show signs of wear, damage, resizing, alteration, or tampering will not be eligible for a refund. If approved, please allow 2-5 working days for the refund to process, depending on your payment method.Inspect your item upon arrival and report any defects or issues immediately at online@cljewellery.co.nz.
Handling Damaged or Used Items
If your package arrives damaged, refuse delivery or contact us within 24 hours at online@cljewellery.co.nzReturned items must be unworn and in their original condition. Products showing signs of wear or alterations by other jewellers won’t be accepted. Returns must include the original tag or be accompanied by the product. Our operations team will review returns, typically processing them within 2-5 working days.
Repairs, resizing, or engraving done by third parties not authorized by CL Jewellery will void the manufacturing warranty.
Please return your item using a reliable courier and insure it for the full purchase amount. CL Jewellery cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss during return shipping.
